2024 Fall School Clubs

Fall is the best time to ride bikes

• CCAP School clubs begin riding in September, determined by Club Lead.

• Teams ride together in a supportive positive environment led by USA Cycling-certified coaches

• Riders learn to improve their skills and stamina along with bicycle and trail maintenance

• Clubs practice twice a week

• Two group ride field trips are scheduled

  • Bluff Point in Groton, CT

  • Watrous Park in Cromwell CT

A properly fitting bike helmet and a mountain bike in good working order are all that is required. Please visit a CCAP Pedal Partner or your local bike shop and have your child's helmet and bike checked. This gear can be provided if your junior rider does not have currently have a helmet or bicycle.

A valid annual USA Cycling Junior RACE license is required for all riders in CCAP programs, even if they do not plan on racing. Please obtain/renew your child’s 2024 junior race license here.

All families joining a CCAP program are asked to adhere to the 2024 CCAP Protocols.  This is found in the Waivers sections of the online registration form.  Please review and confirm with you signature.
