Recruitment
We’ll help you recruit riders and families for your team, whether it’s local or regional, on the road or in the dirt, handle team registration and help design a unique team jersey. CCAP’s resources for rider recruitment can be as simple as business cards and yard signs, or as interactive as info nights and demo events, all to foment interest in young riders. We’re here to help your new team be a success from day one!
Funding
A portion of funds from every team rider registered go right back to the team. You can use these funds for coaches training, practice supplies, tools and spare parts, team party or anything that benefits the team at-large.
Training
We provide youth-specific training for all of our coaches, either via webinars or in-person summits held each year. Additionally, the CCAP will reimburse all relevant coach education such as USA Cycling Coach Certification, CPR and First Aid, and more. We want our volunteer coaches to be prepared.
